Fee Structure

Our fee ranges between $160* and $280 per session, depending on client's needs and treatment plan

Fees are a flat rate per one hour session

Registered Psychotherapists & Counsellors do not offer direct billing to insurance providers

Payment is due at the end of each session by online e-transfer

Direct Insurance billing available upon request

Sessions
On average, clients sign up for 3 to 4 weekly or biweekly sessions and depending on therapy needed and identified goals, additional sessions may be warranted.
Insurance Coverage
Usually our services are covered by your Workplace Benefit Plan under "Registered Psychotherapist". Average coverage ranges between $500 and $10,000 annually. For couple's or family therapy, all members are entitled to use their individual coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Should you require to cancel an appointment, a 24 hour advanced notice is required, otherwise fees will apply.
